Storytelling café with Kerstin Lau

Time: 3:30 p.m – 5:00 p.m
Meeting point: 3:30 p.m at the Monastery gate

When we lose our love and respect for each other, we really die.” (Maya Angelou)

Respect is considered a key to humanity.
What role does respect play in our daily interactions?
How is respect expressed, including respect for nature?
Does respect have to be earned or is it due to everyone?
Are there limits to what you are willing to respect?

We tell each other about our experiences with respectful and disrespectful behaviour in the storytelling café.
After a moderated part, you can continue to exchange ideas in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.

A storytelling café is a temporary community. It comes about when strangers meet in one place and exchange their life stories and experiences in a moderated setting.

Anecdotal storytelling on a particular topic not only leads to reflection on one’s own life, but also strengthens mutual understanding, self-esteem and contributes to social cohesion.
