3. Further information

3.1. Datenbanken

We use the services of hosting providers to deliver our services. We work exclusively with hosting providers that guarantee the databases storing your personal data are protected against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and falsification. However, we do not have direct control over the actual protection measures implemented by these hosting providers. Therefore, while we take responsibility for carefully selecting them, we cannot guarantee their full compliance with their data protection commitments.

3.3. Transport Layer Security (TLS)-Verschlüsselung

4. Voluntary nature of the data transfer

You visit our website voluntarily. All data, including your personal data such as your name, address or e-mail address, which you transmit to us in the process, are therefore also provided to us voluntarily, which is why we may use them for the purposes stated in this data protection declaration. However, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your prior consent. We are an online marketing agency, and in order to provide and deliver our services, we may need to request a significant amount of data from you. We emphasize the necessity of providing this information. We process your data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and, where applicable, the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as part of our services and contractually agreed obligations. Disclosure of your data to third parties will only occur if it is necessary for fulfilling your order.

In particular, we process the following when submitting our offers and providing our services

We delete the data once legal or agreed warranty obligations have expired. The necessity of retaining data is reviewed at irregular intervals. For data provided to us by a client as part of an order, we delete it according to the specifications of the order, typically after the order is completed. 5.4. Kostenpflichtige Leistungen

In order to provide chargeable services, we request additional data, such as payment details, in order to fulfil your order or request. We store this data in our systems until the statutory retention periods have expired.

5.5. Verwendung von Kontaktformularen

If you send us inquiries via a contact form offered by us or by third parties, your data from the form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on personal data without your consent.

5.6. Verwendung der Kommentarfunktion unserer Website

When you use the comment function on this website, in addition to your comment, information about when the comment was created, your email address and, if you do not post anonymously, the username you have chosen will be stored.

5.7. Speicherung der IP Adresse

Our comment function stores the IP addresses of users who post comments. As we do not check comments on our site before they are activated, we need this data in order to be able to take action against the authors in the event of legal violations such as insults or propaganda.

Our website uses Google Maps for embedding maps, Google Invisible reCAPTCHA for protection against bots and spam, and YouTube for embedding videos. These services are provided by the American company Google LLC and use cookies, among other technologies. As a result, data is transferred to Google in the USA. Google is committed to maintaining an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the US-European and US-Swiss Privacy Shield. Therefore, we assume that no personal tracking occurs through the use of our website alone. However, we cannot provide any guarantee in this regard. 7.4. Recht auf Löschung

The data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing was based and there is no other legal basis for the processing.

7.6. Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit

Furthermore, the data subject has the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible and provided that this does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. 7.7. Recht auf Widerspruch

We hereby expressly object to the use of our contact data published as part of our obligation to provide a legal notice for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material.
